# Interactive Storytelling

There are two ways you can tell a story, 

1. [**Linear story**](/documentation/content-creation-platform/advanced-creation-studio/decision-tree.md#linear)**:** the story unfolds without any input from the player.
2. [**Interactive story:**](/documentation/content-creation-platform/advanced-creation-studio/decision-tree.md#non-linear) the player participates in the creation of the narrative of the story.

### **How do I make an Interactive Story?** 

In order to facilitate interactive storytelling we provide creators with a decision tree narrative structure.  This helps with the visualization of the multiple paths a narrative can take, and how a story can unfold (dependant on interactive prompts - verbal, probability or touch). You can make your project as interactive as you want with 1000's of branches.
